Access to delete object inside the module but not to delete the module

Greetings,

I have a module  and I want give access to the users to create, delete and modify the objects inside the module, so I started the access rights as RMCD. The problem is that now the users can delete all the module.

I changed the access from the parent folder only  to Read, but they still can delete the module because the module's access.

Are there some way to do this?

Thank you

The access rights in DOORS are typically inherited in the hierarchy database->folder->module->1. level objects & attributes->2. level objects. If you set specific acces rights for something it will break the inheritance and the access rights will not be modified if you change access rights in the upper level of the hierarchy.

There is also a concept of propagating addition access rights. What this means that if you allow create rights for users they get additional rights for those objects they have created. Thus in your situation (if I understand it correctly) you set RC rights for the module and then set the propagate rights of MD then when users create object they have access of RCMD to them.
